Intradesk Updates
Posted: 03-03-2008New Intradesk Office feature: When a listing is re-activated, any signs on order for pick-up on that listing will also be re-activated (i.e., the sign pick-up orders will be cancelled). This behavior can be disabled by turning off the "Automatically order pick up for signs..." option from the Setup→General Settings→Program Settings screen.
New Intradesk Agent Sites feature: The "Welcome" and "News" blurbs on the front page of Intradesk Agent Sites, as well as custom pages, now support HTML code. In order to write HTML onto your front page or custom pages, you must check the "Raw HTML" box for the relevant section on your administration page.

New Showing Reports
Posted: 01-15-2008New reports have been added to the Reports→Listing→History→Showing Activity screen called "Top 10" and "Top 10 (Confirmed Only)". These reports list the top 10 listings, showing offices, and showing agents with the most showings for the date range and other criteria specified on the report search screen.
The "Top 10" report counts all confirmed showing appointments, while the "Top 10 (Confirmed Only)" report counts only confirmed showings.
As usual, if you wish to have this report customized, or have ideas for other new reports to add to Intradesk, please contact us at support@reladev.com.

Sign Manager Update
Posted: 01-06-2008The sign management system has been modified to allow more control over when signs are ordered for pick up. The sign management screen is now separated into these five sections:
As a result of this change, ordered signs that remain unconfirmed when their listing expires will no longer be ordered for pick up.
To order pick up for a sign, click the "Placed Signs" tab in the Sign Manager (which you get to using the Listings→Manage→Signs menu). Simply find the sign you wish to order for pick up, and click it.
The "Order Repairs" tab has been removed and merged into the new "Placed Signs" tab. To order repairs from that tab, find the sign needing repair, right-click it, and select "Order Repairs" from the contextual menu.
- Sign Order - order new signs to be placed on listings
- Needs Confirmation - confirm signs that have been placed
- Placed Signs - list all signs out on the field, and order repairs or pick ups
- Needs Repair - display all signs for which repairs have been ordered, and confirm completion of repairs
- Needs Pickup - list all signs needing pick up, and confirm removal of signs from properties
